I want you to love your Velvet Frog Designs as much as I do. Additionally, your feedback helps me improve products and the customer experience.

If you are unhappy with the products you receive, please email me as soon as possible at velvetfrogdesign@gmail.com. I will do my best to help with any issues you are having.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from when the order was placed to request a return at velvetfrogdesign@gmail.com or through the Contact page on the website.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact Velvet Frog Design to receive approval and instructions before shipping the product back. 

If you are returning the product due to damage or defect that is an error on Velvet Frog Design's part, we will pay for return shipping. If you are returning the product for other reasons that are not the fault of Velvet Frog Design, the customer pays for return shipping.
