(You may be able to glue the beads in place and than paint, but it will be difficult to paint the beads without getting those colors on adjacent pieces, plus some glues are not paintable so paint will not stick to those areas.) If needed, smooth any roughness in wood or paint with the provided sandpaper to ensure pieces fit together well. Put painted pieces back together. Glue the bottom track with holes inside the bottom of the frame. Glue the dowels into the bottom track. Glue all beads to dowels to create your design. Slip top track with holes onto dowels and glue. Glue top of frame to top track and sides of frame to top and bottom, checking to make sure the corners form right angles. Glue backboard into recess in the back of the frame.
